Responsibility
- Oversee daily household operations, including staff coordination, cleaning schedules, and inventory management for private residences or luxury properties.
- Plan and execute high-end events (weddings, corporate retreats, private parties) with meticulous attention to detail, from setup to guest departure.
- Provide personalized butler services, such as valeting, packing/unpacking, and concierge assistance, tailored to client preferences.
- Liaise with vendors, chefs, and service providers to ensure premium quality in all deliveries, from gourmet meals to floral arrangements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with clients and their guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
- Manage budgets and expenses for household or event operations, providing transparent reporting to clients or property owners.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation in all environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Butler, House Manager, or in a similar luxury hospitality role (preferably in private estates, 5-star hotels, or yachts).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and household management software is advantageous.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor, reflecting the luxury standards of the role.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (sponsorship may be provided for exceptional candidates).
