Responsibility
- Provide discreet, attentive, and personalized butler service to VIP guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations.
- Anticipate guest needs, from arranging private excursions to coordinating in-room dining and special requests.
- Maintain impeccable standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams to deliver seamless, high-touch service.
- Curate bespoke experiences, such as private spa sessions, cultural tours, or romantic setups.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Ensure all guest suites are pristine and well-stocked with amenities, tailoring details to individual preferences.
- Stay updated on hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end service environment (preferably as a Butler or in a guest-facing role).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with Bali’s luxury hospitality standards and cultural nuances is advantageous.
- Certification in hospitality (e.g., Butler Training, Silver Service) or equivalent is a plus.
- Physically fit to perform duties such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and assisting guests as needed.
