Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Manage daily operations of assigned areas, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and kitchen teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest requests with discretion, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Oversee in-room dining, beverage service, and special event setups for VIP guests.
- Maintain inventory of luxury amenities and ensure timely restocking.
- Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs, luggage handling, and transportation arrangements.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a culture of excellence in service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private service, or high-end resorts.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and luxury amenities.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality or butler training is advantageous.
- Legal work eligibility in Indonesia.
