Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional, personalized consultations to brides and their entourages, guiding them through our luxury bridal collections with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Drive sales by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations to exceed their expectations.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement, follow-ups, and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an immaculate showroom and ensure all bridal gowns, accessories, and displays are presented to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with wedding planners, photographers, and stylists to create a seamless, luxurious experience for clients.
- Stay updated on bridal fashion trends, designer collections, and industry developments to provide informed, cutting-edge advice.
- Participate in boutique events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic.
- Provide post-sale support, including alterations coordination, delivery scheduling, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end sales, or bridal industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for bridal fashion and a keen eye for detail, trends, and craftsmanship.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commission-based role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and grace.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, French) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the boutique’s schedule.
