Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to high-end clients in a boutique setting.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, fashion trends, and brand promotions to effectively advise customers.
- Ensure the boutique is visually merchandised to the highest standards, reflecting the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Handle cash transactions, inventory management, and point-of-sale operations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to create a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.
- Participate in training sessions and brand events to enhance product expertise and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or boutique environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sense of style, fashion trends, and an eye for detail in visual merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by boutique operating hours.
