Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and application methods for all luxury skincare and cosmetic lines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tutorials to educate clients on proper usage and benefits.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions, events, and launches to drive brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service, preferably in a luxury or premium brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Passion for beauty and skincare with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.
- Proven sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance, aligning with luxury brand standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
