Responsibility
- Greet and check in/out guests with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, bookings, and room assignments using property management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and a service-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational smoothness.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records for all transactions.
- Provide local recommendations (dining, attractions, transport) to enhance guest stays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory management, and guest feedback collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reception, front desk, or customer service roles (luxury hospitality preferred).
- Fluent in English (additional languages, e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian, are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and basic MS Office tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle pressure with grace.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
