Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar efficiently.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Provide attentive, personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours during the 2-day event.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
