Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality milk tea beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista, service crew, or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of milk tea preparation and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or other) are a plus.
