Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for LPG products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including households, businesses, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the LPG industry.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of LPG products.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices related to LPG sales and distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy or LPG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Central Luzon and other assigned areas.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
