Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of security incidents, investigations, and loss prevention reports in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist the Loss Prevention team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports for management review.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless communication of security protocols and administrative updates.
- Monitor and process access control systems, including key card issuance and deactivation, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Support the implementation of safety and security training programs for staff, including documentation and follow-up.
- Assist in conducting audits of security procedures, equipment, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Provide administrative support for emergency response planning, including maintaining up-to-date contact lists and incident logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within hospitality, security, or loss prevention.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with security management software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, access control systems, or CCTV monitoring is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Certification in security management, first aid, or hospitality administration is a plus.
