Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage and optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse activities, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international logistics standards, customs regulations, and safety compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
