Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching medical supplies and equipment.
- Oversee inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimize order fulfillment and reduce lead times.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse safety, hygiene, and compliance with medical industry regulations.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory turnover.
- Liaise with transportation providers to negotiate rates and ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards for medical devices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
