Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with transportation teams to schedule and track shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor and report on inventory movements.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or shipments promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations is a plus.
