Responsibility
- Assist in managing relationships with 3PL vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the coordination of daily logistics operations, including route planning and delivery scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on vendor performance, logistics costs, and operational KPIs.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements with logistics partners.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for logistics projects and vendor onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team collaboration.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations, 3PL management, or supply chain principles.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the contract.
