Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, and customer service) to align logistics strategies with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., delivery times, error rates, and cost savings) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP software, and logistics best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
