Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in route optimization and cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Process and track shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance checks.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
