Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of stock to minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage warehouse equipment and infrastructure, ensuring all resources are maintained and utilized effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
