Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage and lead a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry best practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
