Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of construction materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites while minimizing delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
- Monitor transportation schedules and resolve any logistical bottlenecks.
- Prepare and submit logistics reports, including cost tracking and material usage.
- Comply with safety and regulatory standards for material handling and storage.
- Support project managers in forecasting material needs based on construction timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects (ports, buildings, irrigation, roads).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.
- Familiarity with construction materials, procurement processes, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali as needed.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
