Responsibility
- Monitor and enforce warehouse quality standards to ensure compliance with ISO and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for operational improvement and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures for quality issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality processes, including SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
- Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
- Support sustainability initiatives by promoting eco-friendly logistics practices and waste reduction strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics quality assurance, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficient in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
