Responsibility

  • Monitor and enforce warehouse quality standards to ensure compliance with ISO and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for operational improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures for quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for quality processes, including SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by promoting eco-friendly logistics practices and waste reduction strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics quality assurance, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proficient in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
