Responsibility
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and services at competitive prices.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to meet operational deadlines.
- Liaise with logistics partners to optimize shipping and distribution processes.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and inventory data.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or shipments promptly.
- Support team members in ad-hoc administrative tasks related to procurement and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
