Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all company operations adhere to local and international legal standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline legal processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and organize legal records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Support the legal team in drafting correspondence, agreements, and other official documents.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry regulations that may impact the company’s operations.
- Facilitate communication between the company, clients, and legal authorities as required.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management System (LMS) or related field (mandatory).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or work experience in legal or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal management software.
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
