Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage and update administrative records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and logistics to support daily operations.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments while maintaining financial records.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
