Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams to ensure clear and effective collaboration.
- Prepare and present logistics reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and distribution processes to meet business demands.
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience working in the telecommunications or manufacturing industry is a plus.
