Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Resolve delivery issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruptions and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to optimize supply chain processes.
- Track and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping records, invoices, and compliance reports.
- Implement best practices for inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with customs and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to manage data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., ERP, TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
