Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate with Korean-speaking suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in warehouse operations.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
