Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on logistics performance to senior management.
- Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations is a plus.
