As our Buyer Self-Collect Specialist, you will manage daily operations related to order fulfillment, inventory verification, and client handovers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high service levels within our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with various departments, and provide a welcoming experience for customers picking up their orders.

Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end buyer self-collection process for all customer orders.
  • Verify order documentation and ensure accuracy of goods before release to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe self-collection area to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock is ready for scheduled collections.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any discrepancies regarding their orders promptly.
  • Prepare daily reports on collection volume, status, and any operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during the handover process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, customer service, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and familiarity with the Rawang/Selangor area is an advantage.
