As our Buyer Self-Collect Specialist, you will manage daily operations related to order fulfillment, inventory verification, and client handovers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high service levels within our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end buyer self-collection process for all customer orders.
- Verify order documentation and ensure accuracy of goods before release to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe self-collection area to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock is ready for scheduled collections.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any discrepancies regarding their orders promptly.
- Prepare daily reports on collection volume, status, and any operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during the handover process.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, customer service, or logistics.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with the Rawang/Selangor area is an advantage.
