Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and organize storage for efficiency.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related issues and improving operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations and shipping procedures is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
