Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of raw materials and finished goods from suppliers to production facilities and end customers.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to minimize costs and maximize delivery performance.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while reducing excess and obsolescence.
- Liaise with transportation providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time deliveries.
- Track and analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, including KPIs such as delivery times, transportation costs, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics plans with business objectives and customer demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or paper industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and logistics tracking tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and logistics management software.
- Familiarity with incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
