Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
- Optimize routes and schedules to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing transportation and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizenship (mandatory for this role).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, AWS, and VB systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and practices is advantageous.
