Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise daily operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Implement process optimizations to enhance operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to achieve KPIs and service level agreements.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations in real-time to minimize disruptions.
- Generate reports and insights for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies across all operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in logistics and transportation.
