Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for our grocery retail network across Bali
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory management and distribution efficiency
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals across multiple distribution centers
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with retail operations teams to align logistics with store requirements
- Manage logistics budgets and control operational costs
- Implement sustainable logistics practices and green supply chain initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in retail or FMCG
- Proven track record in managing multi-location logistics operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and import/export procedures
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
