Responsibility
- Support the Operations Manager in executing strategic operational objectives and day-to-day logistics management.
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse, transportation, and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, inventory accuracy, and cost per shipment, and implement improvements as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, troubleshooting challenges and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and finance, to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transport, or operations management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, or enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
