Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the SPX Express hub in Bali, ensuring efficient and timely order processing, sorting, and dispatch.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock accuracy, and space utilization to optimize productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, customer service, and technology, to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly desirable.
