Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless execution of logistics activities.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage warehouse operations, including space utilization, stock control, and safety compliance.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing transportation and logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and train logistics staff to maintain high productivity and service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in manufacturing, transportation, or project-based industries.
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics processes and reducing operational costs.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
