Responsibility
- Analyze and interpret RFID and IoT data from production lines to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain real-time reporting dashboards for production tracking, inventory management, and logistics visibility.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate RFID systems with existing ERP/MES platforms.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and propose corrective actions to improve accuracy.
- Design and implement automated data collection workflows to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Train staff on RFID/IoT tools and best practices for data entry and system utilization.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., throughput, downtime, error rates) and generate actionable insights for management.
- Stay updated on emerging IoT technologies and recommend upgrades to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RFID/IoT implementations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and RFID middleware (e.g., Zebra, Impinj).
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical data into business recommendations.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration.
- Certifications in IoT, RFID, or Six Sigma are a plus.
