Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all aspects of import/export logistics, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and vehicles.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
