Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
- Manage logistics budgets and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations.
