Responsibility
- Assist the salesman and driver in the loading and unloading of products to ensure safe and efficient delivery to customers.
- Verify delivery orders and ensure that the correct products and quantities are loaded for each route.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries, handling customer feedback, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the preparation of delivery documentation, including invoices and receipts, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor and report any issues or delays during the delivery process to the salesman or supervisor promptly.
- Support the sales team in promoting new products and gathering customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations during deliveries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as delivery support, warehouse assistance, or logistics coordination.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and delivery documentation processes.
- Valid driver’s license (preferably for motorcycles or light vehicles) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
