Responsibility
- Assist the salesman and driver in loading, unloading, and delivering products to customers and clients in a timely manner.
- Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy of products before and after transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and storage areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, labeling, and rotating products as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during handling and transportation of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., warehouse helper, delivery assistant) is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and product handling.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local routes is an advantage.
