Responsibility
- Assist the truck driver in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with scheduled routes.
- Verify delivery documents, including invoices and receipts, for accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including handling inquiries and resolving minor issues.
- Assist in navigating delivery routes and locating addresses in Bali’s diverse regions.
- Report any delivery discrepancies, damages, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of Bali’s geography and road networks.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C or higher) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends, as needed.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
