Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics and fulfillment operations to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and courier services to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Process customer orders accurately and track shipments from dispatch to delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, shipments, and communications for auditing and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service quality.
- Prepare and present performance reports on logistics metrics, such as delivery times and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
