Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Utilize Power BI to analyze logistics data and generate actionable insights.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize inventory management.
- Oversee transportation and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing and trading processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in manufacturing or trading.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
