Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics activities, costs, and performance to management.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
- Handle customs documentation and coordinate with customs brokers for smooth clearance of goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or transport.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
