Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement inventory control procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate smooth import and export processes.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers to ensure high levels of service.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
