Responsibility
- Safely transport goods and passengers according to assigned schedules and routes.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety and reliability.
- Perform routine maintenance checks (oil, tires, brakes, lights) and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when necessary, ensuring secure and damage-free transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delays or route adjustments.
- Uphold professional conduct and a customer-focused approach when interacting with passengers or clients.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Valid Indonesian SIM A (Class A Driver’s License).
- Proven experience as a professional driver in logistics, transportation, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Kuta, Canggu, Denpasar, etc.).
- Excellent defensive driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., checking fluids, tire pressure).
- Good physical stamina to handle long hours and occasional heavy lifting.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
