Responsibility
- Prepare, process, and maintain accurate monthly Easy Trip utilization reports and replenishment documentation.
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of logistics-related documents to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track document workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all logistics documents in accordance with company policies.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on logistics activities, including trip utilization, inventory, and delivery statuses.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Support the development and implementation of automated document management systems to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics documentation, supply chain administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and document management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Easy Trip systems, ERP software, or logistics management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of local and international logistics regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
