Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and distribution operations to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage a team of logistics staff, including drivers, warehouse personnel, and coordinators, to achieve performance targets.
- Optimize transportation routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure compliance with storage and handling procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues and enhance service quality.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and distribution activities.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, including delivery performance, cost analysis, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in all logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and transportation management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
